Our goal at Ego Boost Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

  • All prints and products are subject to your state sales tax and shipping fees when applicable. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Ego Boost Photography, of course, guarantees that the portraits the Client receives meet the highest standards available. Ego Boost Photography will work closely with the Client to obtain their approval of designs and custom work prior to final orders being shipped. Payment of orders are due in full when the order is placed. Prints will arrive 4-6 weeks after payment is received.

  •  All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable unless ordered through a special promotion.

Event Cancellation Policy

Our goal at Ego Boost Photography is your complete satisfaction. We will make every reasonable attempt to work with you to rectify the situation.

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. In the case of equipment failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Ego Boost Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, the Client will be given a full refund of their deposit if applicable.

  • No refund will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the activity on the date and time specified when the booking was made.

​

  • If the Client needs to reschedule or cancel the shoot. Please notify Ego Boost Photography seven (7) business days prior to the date of the schedule event.

​

  • Due to the nature of custom photography, the Client maybe responsible for any pre-shoot expenses such as but not limited to, equipment rental, location / studio fees & / or travel expenses. Should the need arise, deposit refunds will be handled on case by case basis. Should the shoot be canceled after the seven (7) day grace period.

  •  Should a dispute arise, the dispute will be handled by arbitration at an additional cost to the Client.
